Voyance is an AIOps platform that extends far beyond traditional infrastructure monitoring. The platform collects an unmatched set of data sources and provides end-to-end visibility of how network clients are behaving. The AI-powered analytics engine analyzes every user and IoT device transaction across the entire network, correlating data from disparate sources.
Data sources include network packet information (e.g. SPAN/Tap, RADIUS, DNS/DHCP) and SNMP. Wired and Wi-Fi client data is fully captured. Data collection extends to the WAN (NetFlow) and, when required, client agents are available for a more precise view. Critical applications can be monitored when running in Citrix virtual environments via the certified Voyance-Citrix ICA integration and with select direct integrations. Applications include Unified Communications (UC) solutions such as Cisco UCM and Microsoft Skype for Business. The platform can receive syslog data and XML files such as asset configuration data.
